Your child has been chosen to take part in the initial North Down Athletics event and may or may not be chosen to take part in the Finals later in the same week. Your consent given on this form will apply firstly to participation in the initial event and secondly to participation in the Finals, if chosen. Please refer to your Dojo message for dates, times and locations of the events.
